These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of poolmasticpros.com and the services provided by Pool Mastic Pros, a licensed California contractor, CSLB License #924754. By using this site or requesting service, you agree to these Terms.
Pool Mastic Pros removes and replaces the expansion joint mastic between pool coping and the surrounding deck. The quote tool on this site provides an estimate based on the information you enter, including the linear feet you report. Estimates are not final bills.
Prices shown by the quote tool are estimates based on the details you provide. We verify the actual measurement before completing the job and adjust the final bill accordingly. Whether the verified measurement is more or less than the estimate, you are charged only for the actual work performed. Quoted prices assume standard conditions; unusual joint widths, vertical joints, or access issues may affect scope and price, which we will discuss with you.
Appointments are scheduled subject to weather and a curing window after installation. As a California consumer, you have the right to cancel a home improvement contract within three business days. Cancellation and reschedule terms are presented in the booking agreement at the time you book and govern your appointment.
We do not collect payment until the job is complete and you are satisfied. To reserve a date, we may request a card hold through Stripe, our secure payment processor. We do not collect or store card numbers on this website. Paying for the work does not waive your warranty rights.
We provide a written 2 year workmanship warranty on our installations. The full warranty terms, including what is and is not covered and how to make a claim, are available on our Warranty and Certificate page and are made available before you purchase, consistent with applicable warranty law.
If you opt in, we may text and call you about your quote, booking, and service. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, frequency varies, and you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You agree to provide accurate information and to use this site for its intended purpose. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, submit false requests, or use it in any unlawful way.
The Pool Mastic Pros name, logo, content, and design are our property and may not be copied or used without permission.
The website is provided on an as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of your use of the website is limited. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under California consumer protection law or our written warranty.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts located in California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted here with a new effective date.
