What this warranty covers

For two years from the install date, Pool Mastic Pros warrants the workmanship of the mastic installation against:

  • Adhesion failure where the mastic separates from a properly prepared joint edge
  • Premature cracking or splitting of the installed bead under normal conditions
  • Backer rod or installation defects attributable to our workmanship

What this warranty does not cover

  • Movement, cracking, or settling of the surrounding concrete, coping, or pool structure
  • Damage from ground movement, earthquakes, flooding, or other acts of nature
  • Damage from neglect, abuse, harsh chemicals, pressure washing, or third party work
  • Use of the pool or deck before the 48 hour cure window has passed
  • Cosmetic variation in color or sand finish within normal manufacturing range
HOW TO CLAIM

Contact Pool Mastic Pros at (949) 547 5842 within the warranty period. We will inspect the joint and, if the issue falls under covered workmanship, repair it at no cost. This warranty is non transferable and applies to the original customer and service address.
